Video Killed The Radio Star
So we're back in Island Falls, just chillin. Tommorow we fly back to Chattavegas. Can't wait to get home and see everyone.
I love that song Video Killed The Radio Star, by The Buggles. The reason it comes up is 'cause April and I borrowed The Wedding Singer (with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore) and watched it yesterday, and they had that song in it. Great song. The Presidents of the United States of America cover is really good too.
Happy birthday Mesh. I'm really sorry I'm not there to throw down. I'll see you in church on Sunday. As to the password, well, Simpson should know it.
Anyways, a quick story. So yesterday we're cruising through Nova Scotia into New Brunswick around The Bay of Fundy, and we hit this little town called Moncton or something like that on the border. We stop in a Subway, and the whole place is talking French. Rumor has it this is the case because of all the Acadians who came from France way back when, and many of them stuck around even though the Brits kicked most of them out down around to New Orleans, read Longfellow's Evangeline if you want an uh, poetic summation of the whole deal.
Anyways, the Bay of Fundy was ridiculously beautiful. I'm not sure I can really describe it in any fashion that would do it justice. The french thing though...hmmm. They had all sorts of weird things like Ketchup flavored Lays potato chips and crap like that. They didn't even have Pepper Jack cheese or Spicy mustard for my Italian BMT sandwich on Parmesan Oregeno break. Inexcusable. Unacceptable. That I do not forgive.
So tomorrow April and I will be coming home, sometime around 7:30. It's been a great honeymoon. I came up with a cool game: strip boggle. Ye married couples should try it out. I'm trying to think of a creative way to market it. You know, increase your vocabulary and spice up your sex life. Heh heh.

"I'm Going to Wichita" is a line from a White Stripes song, something like Seven Name Army or something like that. I just really liked the line for some reason. Just the way he says it.
