Judgment Day
I'm gonna get, ah, spritually personal for a second.
In my darker moments of spiritual frustration and depression, I often think about how on The Judgment Day I'll have to give account for every little sin I ever committed, and how everything will be laid out there for anyone and everyone to see.
What I've started to wonder is if the same thing will happen with the good deeds that Christ has worked in our lives. I'm not sure what support exists for this in Scripture, but it seems likely that after we're stripped bare and forced to see how utterly necessary and powerful the grace of Christ is for our salvation, that we'll also get the upside, the Earthly "hope-side" of our lives, which is the good works Christ has done in our lives, and how we've helped further the Gospel. Maybe its just wishful thinking, but it doesn't seem that far out there.

The thing is babe,
CHRIST is the good thing in our lives, not the individual deeds. Our sins are going to be erased perminently at the Judgment seat by the blood of Christ. We won't have to be ashamed any more.

See, I understand that Christ is the "good thing" in our lives, but is that merely an abstract, overarching truth, or is He going to manifest Himself in the "good deeds" that are mentioned so many times in the NT?
