Rocky III is the best of the bunch, followed by Rocky and Rocky Balboa.
III has the best training montage, best villain, best non-"Gonna Fly Now" song... it's tops.
Also it has the best kitsch and best homoerotic splashing in the waves after the footrace on the beach.
And the best last line... "Ding ding"
