Rental Cars in Boston

Aaugh! Why are rental cars so dang expensive now? I can't find anyplace that charges less than $25/day for drivers under age 25.

Anyone have any suggestions? We're going all over New England, at least that was the plan...

This sucks!! We are supose to be going home to Michigan for vacation, but our problem is a rental car too. I am tired of asking family for favors. I'm 23 with a husband and three kids. And they still wont rent a car to us. Ofr they want to charge us an arm and 14 legs. What am I to do we are not an insect family, we don't have that many legs!!!

Steal one, it's free.

I've had a hard time finding rental cars under $50/day for drivers under 25. And that's using Priceline, Hotwire, etc. Sorry, but I don't think there's any options other than what Josiah listed.

My only advice is...grow up. No, really. Become older; insurance is too much on a driver under 25. A lot of places won't let you rent at all if you're under 25 and don't have a corporate card.

That's pretty much what they charge. I wasn't able to find ANYTHING under that for my honeymoon. My suggestion: find a friend who'll let you borrow their car, and offer to pay them some cash for it.
