Comments: suns set

"too calendar for me" -- i love that.

The worth and excellency of a soul is to be measured by the object of its love.
~ Henry Scougal

it's ok to love sunsets even though other people love and sometimes degrade them by making them a trite cutesy symbol thing. God makes the sunsets and the people. it's ok to love things he does. sunsets declare the glory of God. they show forth what he "handiworked."

joy. thanks for the quote. and, i agree with you. i like that everyone loves sunsets...and i think i even like that they can't be captured. they're magical for a moment. you have to be there for it.

gwen. bleah is right concerning kinade.
and thanks about the picture. it looks like explosions to me. that's the great thing about sunsets--they look like water, fire, worlds, and a million other things all at once.

deb. thanks.

kelly, these are lovely. i'd be out there every night!

i just organized a bunch of my digital photos into a few categories on friday: cloud series, sunset series, hand series, feet series. i, too, thought it a little trite, but the pictures were so pretty i had to do it. : )

i'll post some soon.
