Comments: Quarter-life crisis

I don't think anyone has it all figured out at 19 or 20. If you know someone that age who does or did when they were that age, show them to me so I can pelt them with rocks.

Basically, I don't have it all figured out, either, and I think I'd be even more frightened that something would go terribly wrong if I did. There are just too many variables in this life to ever have it all figured out.

Hmmm... I don't think I ever thought I would have it all figured out... and I'm still not sure what I want to be when I grow up... altho I'm 51 now... I do know that I'm not old yet... because my sweet little old grandma told me that you're not old til you don't know anybody older than you... she lived to be 105... and she wrote me a letter when she was 98 that said... "Well, I'm old now."

Hey, you've still got some time - your birthday isn't until February, which is still a good 8 months away.

Although you do have a point, when I was younger I figured that by 20 I'd be married, living on my own with a family. Then again, I also believed that The Jetson's was correct, and by the year 2000 we would have flying cars and sassy maid-bots.

The moral of the story is that kids are stupid, and being older is better. I can already curse at you damn punk teenagers!
