I was going to call and explain it, but I see that google has bested me once again. Nugz refers to the buds of the marijuana plant which are the best parts of the plant to smoke. Jr. high can be very educational jeremy, you should have put the grammar books down and become a juvenile delinquent. Anyway, now you know and knowing is half the battle.
