One of the things I really enjoy about my current full time job is reading and writing about kitchen stuff and food.
I found a typo today, but the sentence works even if you don't correct it.
"Almost no bread should be served hot, and rye bread--the loaf--is best when slightly stale. Warm, freshly baked bread from the oven is one thing, but previously frozen and heated loves are not."
