So, it's over. What a ride. I am extremely proud of Jean, Steph, Bo and all the others who worked so hard on this event. If anyone who went reads this and has suggestions for next year please let me know.
I was particularly impressed with "The Package," especially now that I know the 3 minute introductory scene was intentionally slow, and then followed by both fast-paced and madcap hilarity. An interesting debate/argument is raging on Ryan's website, Lazybear Productions, about different viewpoints of "working together" to build the film community in Chattanoogs.
I will post the complete version of "Hey Ladies!" shortly.
Thanks to everyone who showed up and everyone who had a part in this project.

"Encourage" other filmmakers to band togther to do one big festival...I've already noticed that there will be some duplication amongst the films featured at the local festivals...What's the point of that?
Short, fast, quick...Chattanooga audiences are notoriously impatient, if not nonexistent, and the lineup/pacing of the films is VERY important...
Stringent entry guidelines...Don't take everything...Advertise for submissions earlier...Charge $20 entry fee...
Make sure Mayor shows up...whoever the mayor is then...
Do NOT ever hold at Fathom again...Too echoey...Try UTC during a busy time of the school year...Kids will show up...Or someplace with carpeted/insulated floors/walls...
