Failure
Once again, j38 has failed me. I have been unable to post for a day or two, so I revert back to trusty Chattablogs. I am currently in Knoxville. I came in Friday and DJ'd Shannon Kidd's wedding reception last night at the Foundry. Today, I have gone to church with the fam, and we're about to go look at a house my parents are considering buying. All this depends on whether or not our house is sold, but they've been showing it like it's going out of style, so we're hoping for the best. Knoxville's not very exciting to me right now. I feel sorry for those of you regulars who live here or have returned for the summer. It just doesn't seem like anything is going down here except for all the skank chicks in sex pants and frat boys running around.
On another note, I have somehow managed to get a few shifts at the Southern Star next week, so you folks should come out and see me. As for other job news, nuthin yet, but we're still looking.
Heading back down to Chattanooga tonight to hang with my hot girlfriend and sleep on a comfortable bed. If history is any evidence to what will come, I'll probably stop at Starbucks for a Frappucino and a Black & Mild.

Well, well, well...

To be honest, as much as I like having the capacity to display galleries of photos on J38, I really miss the aesthetic quality of MovableType. Secondly, I don't have to know the HTML. For those of you that spend your days reading blogs that might have wondered where I went off to, I'm still here. Now that school is out, I have a little more time to mess around with the blogs and with the photography. Sadly though, the realization that I need money has hit me quite strongly in the last day or two, so I've spent some time looking for a job. Any of you who are reading this that might have work (or know anyone that might have work) for a strapping, good-looking, young, near-college graduate, please let me know. I'll do most anything that doesn't involve back hair or feces.

Finally, an update!
greetings, true believers (a quote from some of the odd crowd in Knoxville)...
I have been slow to post on this blog as of late. I have been looking for a better way to host pictures I take, and until now have not found a good solution. However...
I have just joined a little project called people dot j38. This is a small community of folks who run personal sites with the server assistance from a guy named scott. From what i understand, scott's a pretty good guy. At any rate, I'm not sure whether I will maintain both that and this chattablogs site, as two sites is redundant and rediculous. I may however just post pictures on j38 and leave this to my blogging. The question remains unanswered. As soon as I get j38 up and running, I will inform you, my beloved public of the change.
