[Note: through the largesse of my mother, I am flying home this afternoon for a less-than-48-hour-stay to see my most beloved wife and my darling, darling little girls, and to spend time with my family in Wichita. Will have absolutely much more important, pleasant and satisfying things to occupy my time than blogging--like, ferinstance, changing poopy diapers, getting up in the wee hours of the morning, giving and receiving hugs and kisses, making breakfast for my li'l ones, and saying the Our Father with Sofie for our morning prayers together. For my brothers and sisters observing Easter this weekend: God's blessings. For my Orthodox brothers and sisters, prayers for a most holy and pure Passion Week, and I also ask your prayers for me.
With that being said, here's this.]
If you want to get a better grasp of the Orthodox experience of Holy Week, you can do so through the Church's iconography.

And there is also Fr Joseph's post explaining the liturgical significance of the days of Holy Week.
